Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama, National Certified Counselor, and an EMDR Certified Therapist. Amy has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years. Her passion is providing counseling for issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, stress management, and transitional stages of life. She integrates several theoretical approaches to therapy to help address each client’s individual needs.
