Leska Meeler Roberson, LPC-S, MAMFC

Leska is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over two decades of experience having begun her practice in Texas before moving her license to Alabama in 2003. She offers supervision for clinicians pursuing licensure and holds specialized training in trauma-informed therapy, EMDR therapy since 2011, and Emotionally Focused Therapy since 2023, as well as Gottman Marriage Counseling, Level 2 training.

Her expertise encompasses working with individuals and families dealing with trauma, loss, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as providing pre-marital and relationship counseling. Leska’s approach is rooted in a blend of solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, experiential therapy and somatic techniques. She focuses on the strengths and assets of individuals to foster meaningful change in their lives.

Leska is a devoted wife and a proud mom to three lively furbabies. She channels her creativity into refinishing furniture, painting, and crafting stunning stained glass art. In her free time, she loves staying active with tennis and pickleball, and cherishes traveling adventures with her family.
