Bethany Earnest, LPC-S

Bethany is a Licensed Professional Counselor with fifteen years of counseling experience dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate place for healing and growth. Her interest in helping others was ignited in beginning to see peers in college face some of life’s most substantial difficulties; mental health struggles, loss, addiction and life adjustments in young adulthood. Later experiences led Bethany to become trained in trauma informed treatments to help others address some of life’s most difficult experiences. 

Bethany has more than a decade’s experience in assisting individuals recovering from addiction with knowledge of Medicated Assisted Therapy (MAT)  She also is experienced in coordinating with EAP’s, Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) and state licensing boards for individuals holding a variety of professional licensure. Bethany utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques and is EMDR trained (2025) and is progressing towards EMDR Certification.

Bethany is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who regularly assists individuals who are seeking professional licensure in the state of Alabama 

Bethany has been married for twelve years to her husband and has two sons.  She enjoys cooking, movies and watching her son play lacrosse.
